In order to register for classes, you must pay your bill. In order to pay your bill, you must have your financial aid. In order to get your financial aid, you must be registered for classes.

In order to get a job out of college, you have to have work experience, but you cannot gain work experience without a job.

Who makes the rules? I would like to talk to them.
