I have diarrhea of the mouth.
I inadvertently called my fiance a homosexual lover of small children. Then in trying to correct the misunderstanding I insulted him yet again. See his blog for his side of the story.
Late onset Tourette's I say. Diarrhea of the mouth could be the other diagnosis.
