We saw this on our drive to Texas. There was a lot of blood in a puddle. Sucks. I believe I said something like, "I'll bet he wasn't wearing a helmet."

Man killed in motorcycle accident
A Wichita Falls man was killed in a motorcycle accident Wednesday near Quanah.
The Texas Department of Public Safety reported that Christopher Dean Brumley, 35, was killed when his cycle struck a Texas Department of Transportation truck on U.S. 287 about a mile west of Quanah.
The truck was legally blocking the road, the DPS said. The truck was stopped on the roadway performing a road inspection with his emergency lights on. The motorcycle struck the back of the truck.
Brumley was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the DPS.

That sucks. I didn't realize you got a photo. Wasn't that when the crabby police officer was, umm... crabby to me? haha. I have such a way with words, I know.
I could possibly be in for the marathon... Maybe. Better question, are YOU in for Portland???
why would you not wear a helmet??? I RACED motorcycles for a good part of my youth, and we made fun of those people.
Seriously... (natural selection... should be a law) if you're not paying attention enough to slam into the back of a parked flashing truck a helmet wouldn't save your dumbass life anyway, but the fact remains.
Lets all be smart and if you're still alive right now... you did something right, or at least didn't do something wrong enough to get you killed.
