Right on Schedule

So the book/running goal update that is being asked about? Here you go:

Since the last time I wrote, I have read almost one chapter in the book. Yay! Well on my way to reading five extracurricular books this year.

According to the calendar, to stay on schedule for running I should be at 114.8 miles. This means I'm only 65.9 miles away from my goal. I'm making a great comeback from being in a walking boot right? 66 miles doesn't really take that long to run. Maybe I'll be caught up by the end of this month. That's only 6.4 miles a day for February. We'll see what I can do. I'm optimistic.

I feel for you - I remember the year of my big running goal - and how stressful it was towards the end (I barely made it and it was 500 miles less than your goal! (And I wasn't pregnant or the mother to a little person.) I wish you much luck!

Thanks! I realize too that I may not meet this goal this year, but at least it gets me out there and running. If I don't have anything "big" to train for, then I'm worried i will just get fat and lazy. At least I'm not the second one. I'm just the fat girl that passes people running. That's right people...I'm passing you and I'm pregnant. I should make a t-shirt. Then I won't feel so bad when I get passed.
