Update

I have yet to talk to a live person at T-mobile. Ridiculous? YES.

I'm pretty sure they have blocked my number from getting through on their line. Blogging about how horrible they are is really the only way I can get back at them. They, like the gas companies, control me. I have to drive a car. I have to talk on the phone. There is no way around it right now for me. I'm beginning to think that not having a phone would be so nice. I have ONE friend who doesn't have a cell phone.

I never talk to her.
