Good News: Word on the street has it that they are starting an adventure race in 2009 that is 45 minutes away from my home town.
Bad News: I'm moving.
Good News: Today is Super Tuesday.
Bad News: I threw my ballet in the garbage. (You're welcome Trigrl82)
Good News: I got my functional threshold testing done today again.
Bad News: I'm out of shape.
Good News: The coach offered me use of race wheels for one of my races.
Bad News: He didn't offer for me to keep them for free.
Good News: Spring Duathlon distances are different (take note trigrl82 did you know this?). 1st one short, same as last year. Second one long, 3.3 run, 22 bike, 3.3 run.
Bad News: More cones and flags to pick up afterwards.
Good News: IM CDA is four months away.
Bad News: IM CDA is four months away.
Good News: In four months I will be married.
Bad News: .....there isn't any.

i did notice. i'm planning on winning that race, so take note. i'm sure my man thighs will be sufficiently ripped by then to blow by the competition... go ahead and have my name engraved on the trophy.
