Nostalgia

A box of pictures...many different lives it seems that I have lived. Everything from childhood to motherhood, I'm feeling very nostalgic tonight.

I found pictures of a trip to Lake Shasta. Among many hours of wakeboarding behind a jet ski and sometimes a boat when we were lucky (and no one else was using it), we also found time to pack in a game or two of ebonics scrabble. How fun.

Sleeping out under the stars...actually I think the boys got to sleep under the stars and the girls had to sleep on the bunks inside to keep things kosher (we were 16-years-old and all), and laying out in the sun. Ahhh.... Sounds fun.

We've gotten older, more wrinkled, fatter possibly...or not as fat I'm not sure....more secure hopefully, more learned. That was a fun trip...except for the snake that jumped out in front of me and ate a frog. Made me want to cry. Stupid snake. I'm a pansy.

Yes Mule was there. He's had some practice at this. Bravo is right! Points for him in the game of life.
