That's what my computer told me I burned in calories today. I like that number. I like days when that number is over 3000. I especially like days when that number is over 10,000. I have one of those coming up. I love seeing that on the screen of my computer. Delightful.
I'm taking on what is called the "Ironman Challenge" going on at my school. It's a challenge that consists of keeping track of your exercise for three weeks and accumulatively finishing up an Ironman distance Triathlon. It started today.
I'm almost done.
I might be a tad bit competitive as I know that this activity might be for the lay person who is just starting exercise and this is a fun way for them to start doing that. They have a goal to work towards for three weeks. I have a goal to work towards for hopefully no more than three days. I'm hoping to finish it off tomorrow, but I'm not sure that is going to be feasible with my schedule. I'll do my best. I have 2.4 miles of swimming to do as I haven't even started that part, 37 miles of biking, and 14 miles of running. I THINK I can get it all in tomorrow, but no promises. I really just want to win a raffle prize at the awards ceremony. I'm all about the swag.
That's all. Here's an informative video on how to burn these kind of calories. You're welcome.

hahahaha! That video is hilarious. I wish I knew what my calorie expenditure was for the past two days. My Stupid heart rate monitor hates me... or just needs a new battery. at any rate... :)
I saw that powder- makes sense. then you don't have to take pills on the bike. Genius! And maybe the Perpetuem might taste a little better than warm disgusting soymilk- with a hint of vanilla. YUCK! I force myself to drink it, but I've grown to despise it.
