Riding off the Muffin Tops*

I perched my muffin tops** upon my trusty steed on the trainer tonight and went for a little indoor ride while watching the lightning strike the buildings around me.

I managed to get in a half hour even including some sprints and some hill climbs without feeling like I was going to die, but still, it was work. More work than I remember it being.

Oh well, at least I have a good excuse to walk around the house in spandex again. That's something BoySmile has not been a part of since we've been married. You're welcome. If only he had been home tonight to enjoy it. Maybe next time. Now I need to move the trainer so we can get to the bed. The joys of apartment life. Someday you will have your own room little bike. In good time. In good time.

*I plagerized this name from Ragnar 2007. Good times my muffin top friends.
**Muffin Tops (n.) The result of cramming ones ass into jeans (or spandex) that are too tight or too low, and the fat bubbles over creating a 'muffin' effect. Or a delicious cereal.
